Meanwhile, the electee continues to assemble the most corrupt Cabinet of Clowns in the Commander’s memory…

Any hope that they will return to sound economic principles and cease the endless bailout-go-round? I thought not.

Note also that the deal was struck and the votes passed during the night. Remember the intial bailout discussion? You know, the ones where Americans like us practically melted down the switchboards saying to our “representatives” “NO BAILOUTS!”?

At that time they turned off the phones and email, ostensibly to prevent system malfunction. I.E., they disabled the system to prevent it from becoming disabled.

Now they have progressed to literally meeting under cover of darkness to do things that we attempt to refuse. They are passing their own ideas IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!
Sounds more like the Mafia than an ethical, representative democracy. But then, to borrow the Mafia’s phrase – there ain ‘t no such thing.

At least not any more.
