Citizenship

Recently another case regarding Electee Obama’s citizenship was denied by a Federal judge, citing the fact that his citizenship had been thoroughly discussed by voters online and through MySpace and Twitter. Since he was elected, it must have been put to bed.

Several questions arise:

1. Since when was Twitter judged to be evidence?
2. No one would print anything that wasn’t true, would they?
3. Why doesn’t the Electee have to comply with the law?
4. When did voters come before the Constitution for the United States? What do you call someone who relies on Twitter? A twit.
